PNC to Offer Home Inspectors Course

The Purdue University North Central Office of Continuing Education will offer a course to prepare students to take the Indiana Home Inspector Examination and become licensed home inspectors in Indiana.

This course will teach students about the intricacies of building structures and systems and demonstrate investigative techniques needed to complete inspections of homes and businesses.

“Pre-licensing for Home Inspectors” will meet at the PNC Westville Campus on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Aug. 11 to Oct. 15, from 7 to 10 p.m. Registration is $1,049 and a textbook and course materials are included.
