In the wake of Illinois’ big income and corporate tax rate increases, the city of Indianapolis has kicked off what it calls a fully developed plan of outreach to make the case for doing business in central Indiana instead. The plan began with newspaper ads (.pdf) in Chicago, Peoria and Springfield last week.
